Regenerating and rehabilitating an uninhabited space to become the new center for research and innovation in the first WELL Community precertified project in Spain.

Oria Innovation Campus is the first WELL Community project in Spain, supporting the health and well-being of the building’s users.

WELL Community is the first certification that promotes health through inclusive, integrative, and resilient communities.

In line with the WELL well-being strategy, the Oria Campus proposes the integration of nature into the buildings as a new infrastructure for the city.

In addition to the WELL Community certification, all buildings are designed to achieve LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and BREEAM Very Good or Excellent ratings.
